Ordering and Confirmation

Upon receipt of your order we will send an email with in a few days to confirm the order.

Payment and Delivery

Within Switzerland Orders will be sent via A-Post. You will receive a bill and an «Einzahlungsschein» with the package. Your order will be sent within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation, depending on the amount of orders being processed. We will do our best to keep to this delivery schedule.

Outside of Switzerland You will receive a bill and the needed bank information for a money transfer. All transfer and customs fees are to be paid for by the customer. Once we have received your payment, your order will be sent by Swiss Post within 5 to 7 working days.

Price

Prices do not include taxes, shipping and handling. If extra insurance or complex declaration forms are needed for certain countries, this work will also be billed. Price changes may occur and will be noted on the website.
